Once you decide concierge care is right for you, enrollment takes just minutes and your membership begins immediately.

Step 3 — Meet Dr. Jilani

Your first visit is a comprehensive intake appointment — no rushing, no clipboard and go. Dr. Jilani takes the time to understand your full health picture, your goals, and your concerns.

Step 4 — Experience the Difference

From that point forward, Dr. Jilani is your doctor — reachable, proactive, and invested in you for the long term.

A 10% discount is available for couples.

The membership fees covers non-medical benefits and amenities offered at Core Internal Medicine. You commercial insurance or Medicare will still be billed accordingly for visits and medical services.
